6163银河.net163.am与泰国正大管理学院 国际合作洽谈会顺利召开

10月18日下午三点，6163银河.net163.am对外合作部组织召开了6163银河.net163.am与泰国正大管理学院国际合作洽谈会。学校校长黎明、党委书记贾曦出席会议并讲话。会议由贾曦主持。泰国正大管理学院校长助理李?F鑫、中国区项目主管陈静，托普赛斯国际教育科技有限公司董事长李晓以及对外合作部部部长陈耘、对外合作部副部长刘源，各二级学院院长等同志参加了此次会议。

此次会议的主要内容是我校与泰国正大管理学院就各自学校办学情况、专业共建、学术交流、师生互访相关事宜作了深入的交流，并达成以上几个方面的合作意向。

贾曦书记代表学校向泰国正大管理学院的到来致了欢迎词。

黎明校长首先代表学校就6163银河.net163.am的办学情况作了简要介绍。并提出此次国际合作的“三大目标”：（一）实现产教融合；（二）培养优质人才；（三）促成理工教育国际化。“三点期望”：（一）合作相互信任；（二）保持有规划的互访深入交流；（三）“从无到有”促成国际合作。黎明校长阐述了理工核心价值观，希望合作双方在各个领域密切配合，积极推进两校的国际合作。

泰国正大管理学院校长助理李?F鑫对泰国正大管理学院相关情况作了比较详细的介绍，并希望在两校合作的框架下，积极推进两校的相关合作。

贾曦书记随后作出讲话，他表示理工欢迎一切合法合规合情的国际化学校合作，双方具体需要双方进一步探讨，找到合适的专业共建，阐明了双方形成特有的人才培养方案的重要性。

最后各二级学院学院院长与泰国正大管理学院代表作了坦诚交流，并同意随后积极推进两校的专业共建、师生互访、学术交流等相关工作。为我校早日走出国门，开辟国际化道路，实现成为“新双高”学校做出更大贡献。

On the afternoon of October 18th, the Office of External Cooperation of Chongqing Polytechnic Institute organized an international cooperation meeting with the Panyapiwat Institute of Management. The meeting was attended by the school's President, Li Ming, and Party Secretary, Jia Xi, who delivered speeches. Jia Xi presided over the meeting. Also in attendance were Li Minxin, Assistant to the President of Panyapiwat Institute of Management, Chen Jing, Project Director for China, Li Xiao, Chairman of Top-Service, Top-Selves International Education Technology Co., Ltd., as well as Chen Yun, Director of the Office of External Cooperation, Liu Yuan, Deputy Director of the Office of External Cooperation, and the deans of various secondary schools.

The primary focus of the meeting was in-depth discussions on topics such as the educational operations of both schools, joint program development, academic exchanges, and mutual visits of faculty and students. Both institutions reached preliminary agreements on collaboration in these areas.

Secretary Jia Xi extended a warm welcome on behalf of the school to the representatives of the Panyapiwat Institute of Management.

President Li Ming briefly introduced the educational operations of Chongqing Polytechnic Institute, representing the school. He outlined three key objectives for the international collaboration:
(1) Achieving industry-education integration;
(2) Cultivating high-quality talent;
(3) Promoting the internationalization of engineering education.
Additionally, he emphasized three hopes:
(1) Mutual trust in cooperation;
(2) Maintaining well-planned mutual visits and in-depth exchanges;
(3) Fostering international cooperation "from nothing to something."

President Li further elaborated on the core values of the institution, expressing the hope that both sides will closely collaborate across various fields to promote international cooperation between the two schools actively.

Li Minxin, Assistant to the President of Panyapiwat Institute of Management, provided a detailed introduction to the institute and expressed a strong desire to advance cooperation between the two schools under the established framework.

Secretary Jia Xi then gave a speech, stating that the institute welcomes all lawful, compliant, and reasonable international school collaborations. He added that further discussions are needed to identify suitable areas for joint program development, emphasizing the importance of creating a unique talent cultivation plan through the partnership.

Finally, the deans of various secondary faculties had open and honest exchanges with the representatives from Panyapiwat Institute of Management, agreeing to actively move forward with joint program development, faculty and student exchanges, and academic cooperation. These efforts aim to pave the way for the school to expand internationally and contribute to its goal of becoming a leading institution under China's "Double High-level Plan", which focuses on building high-level vocational schools and programs.
